We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
Items showing signs of use, assembly or installation cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund, unless they are faulty.
